The about me, huh? Well, I’m Rae (Rachel, in real life). I affectionately refer to myself a reformed foodie– but perhaps I should clarify– a reformed undiscriminating foodie is more appropriate.
In early 2016, it became blatantly apparent that if my boyfriend and I didn’t change our eating habits PRONTO, we were headed down the road of health problems. In what can only be considered a shocking twist of fate, we did change our eating habits, and we’ve managed to stick to the changes.
We haven’t found an umbrella term for how we’re eating, but suffice it to say, we’re making delicious food at home as much as possible (using low sodium, sugar, and carb ingredients).
